September saw the opening of our Liverpool Office, at Stanley Hall on Edmund Street. Some existing Walker Sime projects had seen us operating in and around the Merseyside area for some time, with our Clients Frogmore and Maghull, and the impetus to set up a permanent base was seen as strategic in the growth of the business overall. Matthew Newton heads up the Liverpool operation, with a team of four initially; this will be added to in the New Year as the office grows. We have already picked up new commissions with Bruntwood to assist in their capital spend as well as opportunities to work with the Liverpool teams of our existing clients. |
