Sustainability

The issue of sustainability is one that is on the agenda of all developers and consultants at the present, with the need for building design to reflect the need to reduce our impact on the environment. Walker Sime are holding a series of in house presentations undertaken by specialist consultants to raise the awareness within the organisation of this important topic.
Some of our current commissions with Ask Developments at Compstall Mill and Crosby at Potato Wharf have significant sustainability issues, in both how the buildings are ultimately designed, as well as the long term operation of these projects.

Walker Sime aim to be fluent in all the commercial and programme aspects that the issue of sustainability raise so that we can further add value to our client base.
