Mark Bond

Mark joined Walker Sime in January 2019 and is responsible for the management and delivery of  services in the Quantity Surveying and Infrastructure division.


On a personal note Mark lives with his two children in Bollington on the edge of the Peak district where he enjoys mountain biking, walking, camping and everything that the great outdoors has to offer the family.

He is a keen skier and golfer and enjoys watching and attending international sporting events.


Mark has enjoyed a varied career and after qualifying as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in London he went on to study and qualify as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators which has enabled him to work on some prestigious international projects.

In addition to his building experience in the UK Mark has worked extensively in South East Asia and the Middle East on major Airport, Infrastructure and Oil & Gas Projects and he has extensive knowledge of the different forms of contract. NEC. JCT. and FIDIC.

Having spent a decade dealing with claims and disputes he now adds value to projects by managing and negotiating away potential conflicts before they fester and become formal disputes. | 0161 872 9955
