| After experiencing the
frustration of working in a large national practice, Derek felt that
a more client focused service could be delivered in a
smaller company. After meeting him 10 years
earlier while surfing on Bondi Beach in Australia, Derek approached
Jon and the Company
was formed. |

| Derek's experience includes
working for 10 years in London before moving back to Manchester in
1996. Working with commercial developers, end users and landlords
throughout his career has ensured that he is prepared for most
eventualities within the property sector.
He is passionate about providing the Client with the best service
possible. |
|
| Derek is an avid football
supporter, a poor golfer and loves all kinds of high-adrenalin sporting
activities. He is married with three children and lives on the edge
of the Peak District. |
