| Jon has over 20 years
experience in the construction industry both in London and
Manchester. He has a wealth of experience in adjudication and claims
in the commercial sector. Within Walker Sime Jon heads up the
Commercial Management sector, providing commercial assistance to a
wide range of businesses. |

| Jon is an avid football
supporter and enjoys nothing more than supporting his Manchester
team. He also enjoys spending quality time in the sun with his wife
and two sons. |

| Jon can also be found
knocking a few balls into small holes during the summer months, he
invariably beats Derek and is therefore the Walker Sime ambassador
for any golf day invitations. |
