Jon has over 20 years experience in the property industry both in London and Manchester. He has a wealth of experience in adjudication and claims in the commercial sector. Within Walker Sime Jon heads up the Commercial Management sector providing commercial assistance to the utilities sector and their subsidiaries.

Jon is an avid football supporter and enjoys nothing more than supporting his Manchester team. He also enjoys spending quality time in the sun with his wife and son.

Jon can also be found knocking a few balls into small holes during the summer months, he invariably beats Derek therefore is the Walker Sime ambassador for any golf day invitations.
