| Neil joined Walker Sime in 2006.
He has successfully developed his career with the company and is now
an Associate Director. |

| Neil has thirteen years
experience of the construction industry, and has worked in
development, consulting and contracting. He has both
Project Management and Quantity Surveying experience in the leisure,
residential, health, public, commercial and retail sectors. He
believes in good Key Account Management and loves the challenge of complex, strategic schemes. |

| In his spare time Neil
likes to play football and keep fit.
A big fan of Liverpool FC, he lives with his wife in Warrington. |
