The conversion of large offices into 71 new apartments on a Grade 2* listed building. Adding value to the scheme by helping the client agree a competitive price for the works. Managing the process of signing the main contract, contractor warranties, subcontractor warranties and consultant warranties. Chairing meetings and produced the subsequent meeting minutes and detailed progress/cost reports as requested by the client. We monitored the works and managed the costs throughout the construction period.
