We were involved in both pre and post contract roles including both project and cost management for the construction of this 13 storey high-end student accommodation.  The development itself consisted of 196 post graduate/ key worker studios as well as extensive communal areas; including a music room, cinema room, gymnasium, steam and sauna room, sports lounge and multiple meeting rooms. The design proposal sought to reflect contemporary design principles whilst complementing the surrounding historical context.  This project created a high quality building that revitalised this derelict corner plot on an important linkage between St. Luke’s Church and St. Georges Hall in Liverpool.
