Walker Sime acted as the Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor on
the construction of a 53 bed Dementia Care Home which included a
hydrotherapy pool, sensory room and activity room. |

| The project was completed
in an extremely tight timescale and also within budget. Walker Sime
also assisted the Architect in gaining an additional 2 bedrooms
within the confines of an existing planning permission, increasing
the site value and profitability of the scheme. |
