settlement of major Sub-Contract final accounts for a Multi Utility
Contractor. |

| Walker Sime's commission
included the assessment of variations, claims for variations and
delay and disruption, and settlement of contractual and settlement
of contractual and measurement disputes. These accounts are of high
overall value but are made up from high volume, low volume
individual connections projects requiring a managed and phased
programme for the settlement of the account as a whole. |

| The Client's commercial
risk was mitigated such that value and cost were optimised. The
client established and maintained a demonstrably robust contractual
/ commercial position relative to his contractors. |
