| The commission was for the
development and implementation of standard Tendering and Commercial
procedures for a multi utility company. |

| Walker Sime were appointed
to standardise and assist the engineering staff to bid for and
subsequently manage major multi utility infrastructure projects.
This included step by step procedures and associated standard
letters, terms and conditions, proformas and documentation etc to
ensure that the best practice was employed and that there were
appropriate levels of sign off and corporate governance. |

client was that he was able to ensure consistency of output which
resulted in compliance with Corporate Governance and the robust
underpinning of their commercial exposure. |
