| Walker Sime were
employed as Project Managers by Frogmore Northern for the extensive
refurbishment of Universal Square. The scheme also included
the provision of a new reception area,
drop-off point and courtyard. The fit out included 155,000 sq ft
of office space, roof, windows and external cleaning works, and the
reconstruction of car parking and external areas. |

| The scheme was
completed on time and budget. Following this successful
scheme, the developer has asked Walker Sime to undertake subsequent
phases. |
