| Complete strip
out of a double height 20,000 sq ft warehouse back to shell
condition, along with a 4 MVA site power upgrade. Walker Sime
assembled the team to investigate and undertake feasibility studies.
Options were then costed to assist in negotiations with the future
tenant which enabled a deal to be concluded. Continuing liaisons
with the tenant to understand their aspirations and future fit out
into a data centre. Ongoing monitoring of the tenants structural
works on behalf of the landlord. |

| Works
involved decommissioning systems, removal of acid extract and other
hazardous systems to enable a safe strip out, removal of all plant
and demolition of a mezzanine structure and internal walls, all of
which was carried out within a 12 week programme. |
