Description:
The lighthouse is a prestigious, high specification office development in Salford Quays. It is 75,000ft² over 5 floors including an executive boardroom on the 5th floor, which boasts 360 degree views of the Quays.

The project took 16 months to construct and was completed within budget. The form of contract used is the JCT 98 with Contractor’s Design.
