Extension, Ellesmere Port |
| |
| Walker Sime were
commissioned to procure and manage the multi-utility scheme required
to serve the extension to the Ellesmere Port Shopping Centre. |
|
| As part of this scheme,
the Client was originally required to re-locate an existing
distribution sub-station, together with associated HV cabling. By
negotiating directly with Scottish Power, Walker Sime were able to
remove this requirement from the scheme entirely. As a result, the
Client saved over £ 250,000. |
|
| A further saving of £
50,000 was achieved by procuring this scheme with an Independent
Distribution Network Operator. |
