Walker Sime acquisition of WCP

We are proud to announce that Walker Sime has acquired Whitefield-based Quantity Surveying and Project Management firm WCP Associates. 

The move will take us to over 80 employees across our offices in Manchester, Princes Dock in Liverpool, and Leeds City Centre, with WCP staff relocating to our Trafford Park headquarters.

This acquisition is the latest step in our programme to expand and future-proof the business and follows a series of internal promotions, including the appointment of Duncan Firth as Managing Director and Mark Parker as head of the company’s Project Management division.

WCP Associates are an independent consultancy with some very loyal clients who we look forward to working with. WCP are currently working on up to 10 Onside Youth Zone schemes and a number of commercial, industrial and leisure schemes including the new Hilton Hotel at Surf Snowdonia, industrial units for Network Space and an Office scheme for a Housing Association.
