Ask Real Estate & Whitbread call in Walker Sime to Project Manage One Medlock Street scheme

We’re delighted to share the news that Walker Sime has been appointed by Ask Real Estate and Whitbread as the Project Management team for a planned 41-storey landmark project in Manchester city-centre’s First Street development zone.

The scheme, named One Medlock Street, and designed by jonmatthewsarchitects.com
includes plans for a 370-apartment residential tower, plus a 13-storey office block.

Subject to planning approval, work on the scheme is scheduled to begin next year, and both buildings are set to be operational by 2025.
