Insider Property Awards Consultancy of the Year Shortlist

We’re delighted to report that we have been shortlisted for the Consultancy Team of the Year award at the prestigious Insider North West Property Awards. The award recognises the exceptional work carried out by our teams in the areas of project management, quantity surveying and cost consultancy.

We’re proud to have been involved in some of the North West’s biggest construction, regeneration and infrastructure projects over the last 22 years. These projects include Liverpool2, Liverpool Waters, Manchester Heat Network, Media City, New Victoria, New Bailey Street, Smithfield, The Bund, The Ascent and Wirral Waters.

The award entry highlighted three projects in particular, which completed in 2022. These were Eureka! Science + Discovery Children’s Museum in Wirral, for which we acted as Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent (you can read more about that project here), Warrington Onside Youth Zone, and Base at Manchester Science Park.

The Eureka! Science +Discovery project is a fundamental part of Wirral’s regeneration and a great legacy for current and future generations. We were appointed as Employer’s Agent & Quantity Surveyors and managed the base build works refurbishing the existing Seacombe Ferry Terminal and the old Space Port Museum, together with associated public realm works, followed by a second contract which comprised the exhibition fit-out.

The Warrington Onside Youth Zone project involved the construction of a state-of-the-art facility for young people in the area. Providing quantity surveying, project management and Employer’s Agent services, ensuring the project was delivered to a high standard.

Base at Manchester Science Park is a purpose-built, 6-storey commercial property constructed across 91,000 ft2 – aimed at providing a high-quality workspace for frontier sectors within the technology and engineering industries. Working with Eureka! direct we were appointed Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor on the project, which formed part of a larger regeneration masterplan on the Science Park.

The Insider North West Property Awards is a highly respected awards ceremony that recognises the best in property and construction in the region. And, the Consultancy of the Year award is one of the most coveted categories.

The Insider Awards are celebrating their 25th year, with winners announced on 11th May at Manchester Central.
