Your day-to-day –
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and challenging. You’ll provide valuable insight and guidance to the project team across all workstreams. You’ll also take ownership of specific workstreams and projects, contributing to the overall programme of works. From project inception to successful completion, you’ll lead and manage projects with the support of senior team members and assistant project managers.
About you –
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to have worked on full project cycles, encompassing inception, RIBA design stages, familiarity of the planning process (s106), great interpersonal skills, and on-site management. A strong working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts is essential, as you’ll be responsible for ensuring their effective implementation. If you possess a full understanding of both contract suites, including ownership and administration, it will give you an added advantage.
