Walker Sime are currently employed to provide QS / Cost & Project Management Consultancy services to Green Circles Estates Ltd for the pre & post contract works associated with the proposed new build hotel and spa development at Allerton Manor Golf Club.
The proposed hotel and spa development is part of the overall masterplan proposal for Allerton Manor Golf Club. The masterplan includes a clubhouse with additional parking, Allerton House with formal lawn, relocated maintenance yard, starters hut, adventure golf course, practice green, half way house, driving range, short game practice area, golf pavilion and golf buggy storage.
Walker Sime are currently providing detailed cost advice whilst engaging with the market to inform the clients decision and providing assistance and support relative to the clients development appraisals and project viability.
Walker Sime are also providing Project Management support by providing master programming advice incorporating the individual developments to ensure a successful Masterplan delivery.
