Quantity Surveying services on the redevelopment of the existing 1960’s building under a construction management procurement route.
The Works comprise the base build refurbishment of the existing Ferry Terminal at Seacombe and the old Space Port Museum together with associated public realm works, and also the exhibition fit-out post completion of the base build works.
Walker Sime report directly to EUREKA! and are working with them to manage a Contractor and Design Team appointed to deliver the base build works – works are progressing through the RIBA stages and the team hope to be on-site in the next few months. The team is also working with specialist appointed exhibition designers to develop the space internally and procure said works.
The works form a fundamental part of the Wirral’s regeneration and the project will be a great legacy for current and future generations to visit, interact in and enjoy.
