The scope of this project involved the renovation of several key areas within the resort.
This included:
- Renovation of the Public spaces including the restaurant, main kitchen and bar area.
- Construction of 14 new bedrooms within the existing building footprint.
- Extension and refurbishment of the Pool Hall including the construction of a salt sauna and laconium.
As key members of the client team, we delivered the project from concept through to handover and managed the tender process and contract administration.
