We are currently involved in a large residential development on the outskirts of the City Centre.
The 90,911.90 sq.ft build will consist of 15 storeys of apartments with a luxury penthouse suite.
The site is on the outskirts of the City Centre and is proving to be a logistically challenging as the site is boarded by the one of the main roads into the City Centre.
Our role involves regularly reporting progress to the client and providing our expertise where matters concern.
