Walker Sime produced the measurements and bills for One, Two and Three New Bailey.
The New Bailey office project offers state-of-the-art BREEAM “Excellent” developments at New Bailey, located next to Salford Central station, where works have already begun and the existing marketing suite has been relocated.
‘One’ New Bailey is set on Plot B4, it is the first to be delivered and is near fully-let.
‘Two’ New Bailey is a 188,000 ft² development set on plots B5 and B6 – 50,000 ft² of which is pre-let.
‘Three’ New Bailey, is a 157,000 ft² building across plots B2 and B3 (also pre-let), and stands out with its bold, engineered aesthetic of a unique red brick weave façade. ‘Three’ will become home to 2,400 employees upon completion.
Despite challenges associated with the pandemic, the wider scheme has continued to thrive.
The New Bailey project looks to set the benchmark for sustainable development, with one of the buildings (yet to be named) set to be ultra-low energy, running entirely on renewable electricity.
