Part of Radius’ continued growth strategy, this 46,650 ft² office building is designed to house their telemetrics division.
Construction includes all external works, car parking, and new service utility connections to accommodate and support employee needs.
The office will be constructed over four-storeys – ground floor to second floor, plus roof space and an open terrace 43,971 ft² GIA (33,767ft² NIA). External car parking and landscaping works are also included, in addition to planting and an outdoor leisure space.
The requirement is to develop to a high standard (Cat. B), with a ‘Star Wars’ theme incorporated into breakout and leisure areas. For health and wellbeing, additional amenities include a cafeteria, access to nearby headquarters, a gym and various breakout facilities providing snack and drinks options.
The project is estimated to provide around 300 new jobs for the local area, an enhanced public realm, and public access to the improved nature reserve facility nearby.
