The works comprised of the demolition of existing industrial buildings and the construction of 4 nr new industrial units on a 13 acre site.
The industrial units works included providing first floor office accommodation and dock levellers to an elevation.
Externally the works included access roads, car parking, service yards, external drainage and external services.
The project on completion provides 210,000ft² of industrial space.
The major challenges on the project where the large levels differences across the site which required a large scale groundwork’s package. Furthermore the project was located within close proximity to the Grand Union Canal which resulted in close dialogue with the Canal and River trust.
