QS and Senior QS roles within Highways Infrastructure

We are currently recruiting for Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to complement our team.

With both permanent and contract roles available, you would be working alongside some of the industry’s top talent within the field on one of Manchester’s largest infrastructure programmes.

Experience/skills required:

• Must display sound experience working with Local Authorities
• Solid experience within Highways is essential
• Pre-contract experience with exposure to –
  • Cost estimating / cost planning
  • Procurement
  • Procurement and delivery model strategy advice
  • Design management
  • Value engineering

• Experience in Business case writing and Value for Money (VfM) assessments

• Post-contract experience with exposure to –
  • Contract admin (NEC)
  • Budget monitoring
  • Commercial reporting and project reporting
  • Change management
