We’re delighted to announce a number of internal promotions at Walker Sime. Join us, as we say ‘Congratulations!’ to Dom Gill, Curtis McCluskey, Gavin Prothero, and Joe Lamb on their new roles.
Dom Gill has been promoted to Director of Infrastructure. Dom has been with the us since April 2021 and, during that time, he’s been responsible for introducing PMO (Programme Management Office) services, managing high profile infrastructure projects, and helping us achieve recognition on important Frameworks.
Dom will be leading the team on new and exciting projects, including international growth.
Curtis McCluskey has been promoted to Creative Services Manager. Curtis has been with us for 2 years and has been instrumental in continuing to develop our brand both internally and externally. Curtis’s new role sees him moving into a more creative commercial capacity, where he’ll be integral in raising the company’s brand profile.
Gavin Prothero has been promoted to Principal Quantity Surveyor. Gavin has been part of the family since 2017 delivering some fantastic projects – including Grange School, Allergen Laboratories, Salthouse Dock Floating Restaurants, Shakespeare Playhouse and Allerton and Kirkby Golf courses.
And lastly, but certainly not least, Joe Lamb has been promoted to Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Joe graduated from University in September (well done, Joe!) and joined the team in 2017 for work experience, then went on to become a Trainee Apprentice in 2019. We look forward to working with Joe and taking him through his career and RICS pathway. Read more about Joe’s journey with us here.
These promotions are a testament to the hard work and dedication of these individuals and their contributions to the company. We look forward to seeing the impact they will make in their new roles and wish them all a bright and successful future here at Walker Sime.
