We started writing an achingly detailed job spec, listing all the stuff we’re looking for in our new Head of Business Development. Then the penny dropped.
Let’s face it, you know what you’re doing better than us. Business development’s your department.
You’ll be happy taking control. And responsibility. Of course, we’ll help you set out some big key objectives. And we’ll back you all the way.
But we want you to grab this new role by the scruff of the neck and show us how it’s done. That’s why we’d like you to write your own job description.
