Walker Sime were commissioned on the refurbishment works to the former Municipal Annexe building and No’s 6 and 14 Sir Thomas Street Buildings, to create a new hotel premises, which will also include bar, restaurant and leisure facilities.
Works will included new mechanical and electrical installations, installation of all internal fixtures and fittings to all rooms and also external works including flagging, stone cleaning and repairs, installation of gates and external lighting.
