We are providing Quantity Surveying services for the scheme, advising on budget by using our extensive expertise of residential developments.
The challenging site conditions and very tight foot print created difficult parameters for the whole team to work within.
We were also challenged with maximising the site to ensure the residential floors were commercially efficient as possible.
