The works consisted of stripping an existing office building back to its concrete shell, extending the floor plates horizontally and adding an additional two floors to the structure.
Located in Manchester City Centre, opposite the Manchester Central Conference centre the building will provide a total of 80,000sq ft. lettable space with ground floor commercial units.
The strip out and façade removal works were completed as part of a separate enabling package.
The main works are due for completion third quarter 2018.
