Our dedication to keeping employees engaged extends beyond the workplace. When Shoeb Munshi passed his NEC3 exam, we wanted to make the occasion memorable for him and his family. We arranged for them to enjoy a cinematic treat with a screening of Willy Wonka, complete with chocolates to sweeten the experience, all alcohol-free, of course. It’s these thoughtful gestures that make our workplace feel like a supportive community.
Celebrating Personal Achievements
When Natalie Charlesworth, Karen Stephenson, Tammy Harrison-Round, Chris Walker, Charlie Chu and Joe Lamb conquered the 3 Peaks challenge, we celebrated their achievement with bubbles and a gift bag filled with goodies to ease any post-adventure aches and pains. The team surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of fruit, creatively arranged to brighten my day and aid in my recovery.
