- Measuring and billing work items with that client-friendly touch.
- Handing out tasks to our awesome quantity surveyors and setting deadlines together.
- Collaborating with the Bill Production team to keep projects on track.
- Connecting with our fantastic contractor clients.
- Sorting out query sheets during the measurement process.
- Keeping the Associate Director in the loop with regular project progress updates.
- Juggling addenda information like a pro during the measurement and billing process.
- Doing the first QA checks on Bill Sections and making sure everything’s ship-shape.
- Sending out Bills of Quantities/Detailed Builder’s Quantities to our contractor clients.
- Safely storing all bill measurement-related data – because we’re organised like that.
- Giving the Associate Director the heads up on any necessary amendments post QA checks.
- Assisting in developing computer-aided measurement systems like CostX and Navisworks.
About You:
We’re on the lookout for someone who:
- Is a Bills of Quantities maestro with loads of hands-on experience.
- Can’t get enough of Bills of Quantities and wants to keep doing it!
- Can talk the talk and write like a pro.
- Knows how to thrive under the pressure of tight deadlines.
- Is a walking encyclopedia on SMM7 & NRM2.
- Has some know-how with CESSM4 (but if not, no worries).
- Has a background with CostX, ConQuest, CATO, Q-Script, or similar.
- Knows their way around Bluebeam, Navisworks & Revit, both for fun and for quantification.
- Maybe has a bit of team management experience, but it’s not a deal-breaker.
