We are delighted to be shortlisted in the Insider Property Awards

We are thrilled to have been has been shortlisted for Consultancy / Planning Team of the Year in the Insider North West Property Awards 2021.

The awards, organised by Business Insider, showcase those companies that are shaping the property sector in the region.

Judges were looking for a business that has made a real impact on the region’s commercial property sector and were impressed by Walker Sime’s quantity surveying and project management schemes. Projects include its £100 million residential development, New Victoria, The Civic Quarter District Heat Network, part of Manchester’s efforts to cut carbon emissions and the Hide Out Youth Zone development in Gorton.

Over the past two decades, the Insider North West Property Awards held annually at Manchester Central, acknowledges the people and businesses involved in property development schemes across the North West. Judged by an independent panel of experts, they are recognised as a benchmark for success and a much-coveted recognition of achievement from other leading industry professionals.
